Charter Trip Rules

1. Fishing Charter guests must provide their own food and water in a quantity appropriate for the length in time of the trip. No glass bottles will be allowed on the vessels.
2. Fishing Charter guests must wear boat shoes or flip flops to preserve the floors of our vessels. Should a guest arrive to our vessel without appropriate shoes, they must remove them and stow them in our dry storage boxes for the trip. 

3. No drugs, liquor, or smoking/vaping is allowed on any full time fish vessel. Beer is acceptable in can form.

4. Sunscreen or SPF shirts are definitely suggested, however please do not use spray can sunscreen as it damages our vessels.

5. If guest become intoxicated or any behavior that the captain or crew feels that is a safety issue arises, the captain holds the right to cancel the remainder of any inshore fishing or offshore fishing charter at any time with no refund. 

Deposits and Refunds

A charter booking requires a deposit, which becomes non refundable within 7 days of the charter.  Should a deposit to reserve a date or a trip be paid in full, 25% of the trip will be automatically deemed a deposit and our non refundable deposit policy will be in affect for that 25% portion of the cost of the trip.

Our NON REFUNDABLE POLICY means that NO DEPOSIT will be refunded for any charter trip cancelled by a guest under any circumstances other than for small to medium craft advisory called by USCG resulting in a cancelled trip by the Captain of our vessel. Should a trip be cancelled for any circumstances by management of Full Time Fish, the trip deposit will be refunded in full.
